The wines of Penny’s Hill are made from exceptional sites within our sustainability-certified vineyard holdings in McLaren Vale, South Australia.
Our range includes Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Fiano, and a small parcel of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc.
The homestead Collection
These wines are made to uphold tradition and consistency while delivering excellent quality that offers great value for money. With the significant developments currently taking place at the Estate, these wines showcase a modern look that reflects the exciting activity centred around our special ‘Spot’ in McLaren Vale.
The Abstracts Collection
The Abstracts are a collection of wines inspired by McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean climate. Each wine label features a playful narrative centred around the iconic red spot at Penny’s Hill Estate. The wines are vibrant, fresh and medium bodied in style.
THE Single Vineyard Collection
The Penny’s Hill Single Vineyard collection is crafted from the most expressive sites sourced from our sustainability-certified vineyards in McLaren Vale. The collection features a Grenache, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each telling a unique story of place, vintage, and variety. These wines are produced in very limited quantities and have been carefully blended to produce wines with structure and focus. The Cabernet Sauvignon is due to be released in Spring 2024.
THE Icons Collection
This collection highlights two iconic varieties from McLaren Vale: Grenache and Shiraz. It represents the finest selection from our carefully tended estate vineyards, showcasing the exceptional quality and concentration of flavour. The 2023 season displayed great potential from the Historic Yeenunga site, resulting in small productions of Grenache and Shiraz. The 2023 Yeenunga Shiraz is due to be released in early 2025.
