This debut release is sourced from our 2014 alternative plantings on Bayliss Road and Hunts Vineyards in the Tatachilla subregion of McLaren Vale.

Lifted citrus blossom, fresh lime and lemon rind coupled with hints of pear flesh and fresh herb. The palate has juicy bright fruit sweetness showing layers of pear fruit, red apple, pithy lemon and lime juice. With fine tannin structure framing the wines palate and leading to a long, fine savoury finish. Ideally paired to fresh shellfish and the more flavoursome cassoulet or seafood linguine.
