Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Penny’s Hill. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. You may only subscribe to or take advantage of promotions conducted by this website if you are 18 years of age or over.
Ordering Penny’s Hill Wines via our secure online transaction facility is the quickest and easiest method of purchasing directly from our winery. Use our secure online payment facilities for immediate order processing and the shortest handling and shipping time possible.
Your credit card details are encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer technology using the latest technologies available.
Credit card information entered during the ordering process will be deleted upon transaction completion
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment by Visa, American Express & MasterCard
Return & Refund Policy
At Penny’s Hill we stand by our products and thrive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your wine quality, we offer a 90 day refund policy for goods on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind. Once the returned goods are delivered to us, you will receive a full refund within approximately 14 days.
Please contact us immediately if there are any faults or breakages that occur during transit.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is usually within 7 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory) and for periods inclusive of public holidays. Due to unforeseeable circumstances and high traffic periods these time-frames are subject to change (eg: COVID, natural disasters, holiday seasons).
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries including all Australian street or post office box addresses. In circumstances where no-one is present to receive the delivery, and there are no special delivery instructions, Australia Post will notify you via email, directing you to collect your wine from the local post office.
Shorter delivery periods can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements once you have completed your order.
