Penny's Hill Functions
Not only does Penny's Hill offer the thirsty wine lover a chance to taste some of the best wines in McLaren Vale at our purpose built cellar door, but also a range of spaces in which we can host a variety of functions.
- The Gedney Room is the perfect venue for many types of functions.
- Drew's Verandah is an outdoor undercover area to which a marquee can be attached to extend onto the lawned area.
- The Stables offer a fantastic rustic venue for up to 110 people.
- The BBQ Inn is an outdoor undercover area, which has the most spectacular fireplace, and is perfect for about 15-30 people
- Keith's Barn seats approximately 12 people and is an intimate rustic building.
- The Cottage provides an intimate tasting/ meeting room for up to 12 people.
- The Chook Shed is not available for hire but seems to be as big a draw as all of the other attractions here.
The Grounds at Penny's Hill provide great scope for a whole variety of functions and events. The paddocks surrounding Ingleburne House and Cellar Door are very picturesque and are enclosed by an impressive limestone wall and post and rail fencing, which provide an excellent backdrop to anything from product launches to weddings.
